With their enormous eyes and wistful glances, the Slow Loris is a force to be reckoned with on the scale of cuteness, but looks can be deceiving. When agitated or provoked, the Slow Loris has a very venomous bite that can be deadly. Even with dangerous abilities, their cuteness factor has caused their numbers to dwindle into endangerment due to high demand and black market trading. While it is illegal to own one in most places, some countries, like Sonya’s owner in Russia, still permit the sale and ownership of these cute creatures.
